Shipping & Returns+

What is your return policy?

We understand sometimes items don't work out and we want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase. We offer a full refund or exchange for returns made within 28 days of your original purchase date. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Beyond the 28-day refund period, returns are discretionary and may be made for equivalent store credit only.

How do I return my order?

Returning items is easy and convenient! We include a Return Label on all of our eligible orders (does not include Final Sale items). Simply ship back to us to process.

Can I return items marked as Final Sale?

Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. You can always find this information highlighted in red on the product page.

I returned my purchase, but I did not receive a refund. What should I do?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected on your bank account. If after 10 business days you have not received your refund, contact us with your order number and return date.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer UPS 2nd Day Air for a flat fee of $20. Once your order is placed, please contact us and we will email you an invoice for expedited shipping.

Expedited orders must be placed before 4:00PM PST. Please note that online orders are shipped within 24 hours and shipped between Monday - Friday (timeliness might be affected by weekend and holidays).

Do you offer overnight shipping?

At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping. Please refer to "Expedited Shipping" for more information about receiving your order sooner.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping. We provide shipping for the continental U.S. (ie. excludes Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Paulo, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces).

Do you price match?

Yes! We price match large retailers (e.g. department stores) as long as it is the same item, style, and color. This cannot be combined with other offers. Additionally, we match as long as the price itself is different and not a result of an internal promotion other retailers are having.

Do you offer any discount for first time customers?

Yes, you can enjoy 20% off our New Arrivals collection when you subscribe to Capsule Shop emails.

I just subscribed to your email list, where can I find my promo code?

The promo code is sent immediately upon successfully subscribing. Make sure to check your SPAM folder and add us as a contact so you never miss out. If you did not receive your code, contact us to make sure you were added to our mailing list.

Can I get help with sizing?

You can click on "Size Guide" next to the product’s size on any product page to view additional information and a size conversion chart. For additional assistance contact us.

How often do you get new arrivals?

We typically get new arrivals every week. It varies from season to season, so make sure to subscribe to Capsule Shop emails and be the first to know!

Do you offer styling consultations?

Yes! Our in-house stylists are ready to assist in your styling needs. We can hop on a phone call or via zoom. Do not hesitate to reach out to us at contact@capsuleshoponline.com for further questions or if you’d like to set up an appointment!

Do you offer in-store appointments?

Yes, please contact us directly if you would like an in-person appointment. We’re more than happy to assist you.

Where did the name Capsule Shop come from?

We decided to name the store Capsule Shop because of our founder Emily Park's passion for carefully curated "capsules" of highly sought-after contemporary women's designer brands and offering five-star personal styling for our clients.

Are your products authentic?

Yes! We buy all of our inventory directly from the brands and attend showroom appointments to handpick what we carry (and yes, it is as fun as it sounds).

Do you sell used items?

No, all of our merchandise is new and shipped straight to us from the brands.

Are you a scam?

We are NOT a scam! We promise .. but a scam site would probably say that too. We have a small retail store located in Brentwood, Los Angeles.
